Might as well learn from the best. That second excerpt is from here. And if you want to read more on Capa (you must!!), click here.

Adeline Chong posted about light-test.com the other day and it’s since become one of my favourite blogs. Just going through their archives is laughs gasps and hoorahs aplenty. Seriously though, it’s such a great idea for a blog, especially for us cameranerds.
That photo above, taken a few years ago, is of the grandmother of a close friend of mine that I contributed to light-test. You should submit a photo too! The posting form is on the right side of the page.

My friend Kaleigh and I made a lolcat photo. It was a very enriching experience.
This edit by Federal is still one of the unexpected nuggets of the year as far as BMX video parts go. If you’ve got three minutes, you owe it to a legend to watch some of this footage again.
His Façad part after the jump, for good measure.
hit that HD button!
woooooo this looks good.

Came across the work of Laura Zindel while screen shopping the blackbird online store.
This is the first time I have fallen in love with tableware…

Harrison just sent me this photo Jay found on facebook. That’s Brad Simms holding one mother of a gun. What an amazing picture.

It must be Singapore day on WMD or something. Yanda Tan of TheArtistAndHisModel just posted up a great collection of work by Singapore artist John Clang which is definitely worth a peek. This is dope.

This will be a fun watch for the Singapore peeps. So I guess they have a show there called SuperModelMe, which is pretty much a clone of America’s Next Top Model. The sponser list is massive – a bit ridiculous looking actually.
In this episode of SuperModelMe, models have to overcome their fear of heights and hang from *gasp* a cherrypicker. The lucky girls were photographed by 21 year-old fashion photography prodigy Zhang Jingna.
You can see the episode in its entirety here.
And if you don’t know who Jingna is… 1. shame on you. 2. get familiar.

Múm – Half Noise
This series was made months ago when Andy Chung showed us a cool audio-visual app. I played music from my computer while the app ran in the background. After each song was done, I’d take a screenshot. but I can’t remember the name of the app anymore. (yo if you see this please email me the link to it).
